Surrounded by the green hills of Castelvetro with its vineyards and orchards, 3 miles away from Maranello, you will find the Acetaia Boni waiting for you. Grandpa Arturo at the beginning of last century was already taking care of the little barrels to produce our special Traditional Balsamic Vinegar.

We host the richest and most important permanent exhibition of tools belonging to farmer’s life and traditional balsamic vinegar from the 16th century through the 19th century.

All through the year we host events of any kind especially old fashioned car homecoming like Ferrara, Maserati etc
