Meet the local guide in Modena’s Piazza Roma.
Guided tour of the historical downtown: visit of the Dome, the most important Roman Catholic Romanesque church of Europe; tour of Piazza Grande and the Ghirlandina Tower; follows the visit of the Palazzo Comnunale and Piazza Mazzini where you can see the Synagogue. Also in Piazza Roma you can admire the amazing Palazzo Ducale which currently houses the Italian Military Academy.

Transfer to Solignano di Castelvetro (13 Km from downtown Modena) for lunch in a lovcal typical restaurant

3.30 P.M.
Visit of the Acetaia Boni (1 Km from the restaurant) where you can visit the acetaia, the Museum and the permanent exhibition of ancient tools of farmers life and Estense Art . You will taste different kinds of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of different flavors and different ages.

5.00 P.M.
Transfer to the Caseificio (Parmesan Cheese factory) 3 Km from Acetaia Boni where you can visit the shop and buy local Cheese.
